Not to offend you, but I presume you must be kidding about the Meyerson situation. Take any slow growth small cap and flood the market with more than a million shares in seven weeks. The stock price is going to be driven down. The Meyerson situation is not an excuse, it is a reason. For whatever (presumably evil) reason, Meyerson wanted to drive down FTEL's price as it attempted to get a NASDAQ listing. Once Meyerson has completed the big dump, FTEL's share prices should be able to increase. Our biggest enemy.. the number of investors Meyerson's action has scared away.

I don't know why investors always feel compelled to blame the company. The company doesn't make a market in its shares.
