IMRS CONFERENCE CALL

After listening carefully to comments by Satish and John Hyman along with Analysts comments and questions I have to admit I have no idea what caused the 12% drop in IMRS today. The sequential earnings growth maintained the cents per share growth rate seen in the previous 3 quarters.Net margins were 17.2% which is extraaordinary for a service company.Satish repeatedly stated how pleased he was with progress on the strategic front. He is only selling 120,000 shares per quarter which certainly is not factor in price drop.IMRS was interested in buying Claremont but thought price was too high. There was a more subdued discussion about role of aquisitions than in last conference.
