Yes, it all comes down to the Nasdaq listing. What road we take to get there, I guess, is moot. There will be no stability to NETZ until it is firmly in place on Nasdaq. And yes, ESVS seems to be a perfect partner for NETZ. And it won't get into ESVS or onto Nasdaq without the financial report.

I've been getting indications privately that Price Waterhouse performed only the SIM audit. If this is the case, was it a Price Waterhouse audit that NETZ banked on when it came out with the Doubleclick IPO piggyback press release, where NETZ claimed to have greater revenues than Doubleclick?

I've said this before, I'll say it again: "Statistics are like a bikini; what they reveal is interesting, but what they conceal is crucial." No matter who performs the audit, it will be sufficient so long as it was conducted with generally accepted accounting practices, as are the standards that guide public accountants. Once the audit is out--and this is what drives Joe and others who are waiting--nothing is concealed. Hm, very interesting.
