Alright Mike YYYYYYYYYYYIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! I got in before close last night and took a nice 7% scalp this morning. Jumped ship early but I will take it. Nice day out. Everyone in my neck of da woods is probably golfing. In fact, I am out the door in about 10 minutes myself. ht david

Amigo Wrap Well it looks like a quiet day today. DHI still getting hit. I'm expecting a bounce here. Gotta make sure those May 20s are worth bux by expiry. ORBT .... patience. EATS ..... silently moving higher. IMPX ..... quiet. Awaiting explosion. PURW .... still consolidating. APCO ... flat. Earnings run soon. ROIX had some unusual trading. Dropped sharply early ... then was hit buy some HUGE trades at the ask which moved the shares back up. Interesting ..... this stock should be over $10 already. AIRM ... very quiet today. I tried purchasing at 3 3/4 but the MMs wouldn't give it to me. ATPX ..... just hangin' around waitin' to explode ! ANTX .... was tryin' that one at 13/16 all day and they wouldn't give that one up either. Shhhheeessshhhhh ESV .... down sharp. I mentioned before ESV locked in a range. Perfect for option play. Pivot point at 25 7/8 to 26 for option purchase. Watch it. Well At least the Amigos started the day with a quick hitter with VVUS. No dysfunction there ;-). All brought to you in realtime !!!!! --- Wow ..... quiet thread today. Guess the Amigos were the only ones to nail VVUS !!!!----I have learned a major lesson this week,and that is you can't trade half-way attentively,I missed selling DBCC at +3 points because I was not looking.And VRTY which I sold yesterday,bounced off 8&3/8 today and closed above 10. I knew I would have to be gardening,and that is why I piled on DHI with a more than little position.My strategy,it would make my profit targets for May and June without my having to ticker watch-- but the hard cold fact is my whole strategy is now under attack.So much so that I am now below cost/basis so I can't immediately unload and formulate another may/june strategem. Just checked the DHI sector,and it is bleak--NVR came in with an excellent earnings report and still got Whacked! I could find only one residential builder that went up today,some company called Dominion Homes(DH) I have beaten my April target 2-fold,with closed trades-but my trades not closed are an irritation,all safe money,but stalling. Am down a point with PERI,but this is an undervalued stock--but simply has been basing forever,it is quite boring. Max90 And burning the "little grey cells" trying to figure a way out this situation.

Message from Woody,he was the first to discover that there were 10million short shares on DHI and 2million on CON--I hope he is right! Next -> Message 185 of 190 Reply I'm Back and bullish on DHI! woodsonw Apr 24 1998 4:29PM EDT I got in DHI when they first announced the CON deal, but got out when it became obvious that the arbs were heavy shorting and holding DHI in a trading range favorable to their deal. I figured DHI would be dead money until a week or so after the deal closed and it looks like I was right. I consider myself lucky to get back in at these prices and think that DHI is one of the best short term investments going. I just want to let everyone know that often, just before the shorts start to close out of their position, they will hit the sell button hard in an attempt to scare everyone out of their shares. The price could get hit for 2-3 points so don't panic. Hang in and the price will bounce back fast. I figure will see $26 within 30 days, $30 within 90! Woody
