<<In addition, have you noticed that Bear Stearns(largest
securities clearing firm) has been added to the Solv-Ex
unsecured creditor committee? What are they doing
there? ILLEGAL SHORTS!>>

If one of the short side had said something similar about SOLV or one of its people, it would have been called a conspiracy to manipulate the stock price and drive SOLV out of business. How is your factless accusation any different??

How is it that you get from Bear Stearns being an unsecured creditor to being an Illegal Short?? Just where are the facts suggesting that Bear Stearns' claim as an unsecured creditor is as a result of it being a or part of an "Illegal Short."

I'll accept that there has been illegal shorting of this stock even though, personally, I have no idea. But, I seriously doubt that such a conclusion can be reached as to BS simply because it is an unsecured creditor.

I'm not picking on you either but it kind of sounds to me like the tail wagging the dog....
