Something is definitely happening and the MM seem to know it. I agree, some PR must be in the works...

There are many folks who are calling almost daily and they all seem to come back with a different answer/senario. Jack and Keith need to get their stories straight. That is why a PR and Conference Call is needed. So we all read and hear the same thing at the same time.

Looks like all options are open until (very early) Monday, May 4. They have one week left, after that the gloves may come off and it will/can get nasty for CVIA/WOTD. (Not a threat, just an opinion of the reality of thoughts expressed on the various threads and e-mails I've received)

IMO, CVIA is still a good, clean, and attractive shell with tax loss carry-over and $500,000 in the bank. If the WOTD deal is dead, Jack can put the $500k into an S&P fund and let it grow while he finds a new merger candidate. When he finds one, he takes the money out and buys back all the CVIA shares he can to reduce the float and make the new merger even more attractive.

Anyways, looking forward to a Press Release and notification of the Conference Call...today...
