Keep in mind that the stock has risen this week despite warrant redemption indicating that more warrants are being converted to stock than to cash. There really are not too many sellers out there. For those holding long (including myself), you have something valuable that the MM's would love to take away from you at a lower price and then try to sell them back to you at a higher price.

Karl .....

It's always interesting to read your well considered, reasonable views on TAVA. Warrant "drop-dead" is something I completely forgot about and it has to have some effect on today's technical action.

Spoke with Scott a few minutes ago. He can't share any names at this time but ..... "this is the largest contract TAVA has ever signed" is his direct quote. Asked about NASDAQ upgrade: NASDAQ will get back to TAVA by May 1st with either a request for additional info or ?????? We both know it's coming. When? That's the 64K question. In closing he mentioned that he'd heard that Hannifin-Imhoff (sic) reduced their earnings estimate for the quarter. He'd heard they were looking at $.04 and thinks they went to $.02. Am trying to work out "a tour" of the Chevron refinery in Richmond. Will let you know if I can inveigle my way in. Have a good weekend.

Bill

PS: Scott mentioned that he's been fighting with Dow Jones News service to carry today's news. They are too heavily occupied with all the earnings news to work our story in. Amazing isn't it? All the wire houses use Dow Jones almost exclusively. And they'll get this news hours after it's common knowledge.
