For people without vision....

With DGIV, you are getting an smaller, international version of QWEST

QWST 1 year price chart (take a look)
quote.yahoo.com

And note..QWST has 206.7M shares; 26.9 in float...

compare that to DGIV.

Also if Chin is smart (and I would not bet against that), he will:
(1) file for NASDAQ,
(2) get on the exchange,
(3) and THEN issue the additional shares, not while on OTC-BB.

The real money is on NASDAQ, not here... and just imagine what a "quasi-IPO" of an international telephony co. with so few shares O/S will bring on NASDAQ. Very few of these internet mania stocks are based on anything substantional, and here you have one .. and you are getting in it at basically "Pre-IPO" prices... and yet all this thread is about is hand holding about .50 drop here, and .25 cent drop here.

All this panic over $6.50 vs $7.25... amazing. Let it drop to $5.. just more of a bargain. No perspective... Personally, as long as DGIV is on OTC-BB I will keep trying to trade a portion of my holdings as the MM's shake out the momentum people (not trading for profit sake, but to increase my holdings) and keep the rest in a core position. When it hits nasdaq in 6 months there wont be time for trading... only profit.
