Looks like ATXI pulled the trigger first. They had time to halt the trading, issue the release and avoid Ira selling 5% before he knew what was happening.
Then probably gave Ira verbal notice.

Absolutely, it is good news !!!

We don't want Atrix if it is a shoddy company. Would we want to be associated with a company that was trying to retain control, but had done a terrible job running it themselves? Heck no!

Let's move on and do it ourselves.

I agree. It can be good news.

Look, BEFORE the ATXI deal, FAMH did not have Myriad. The ATXI deal was to help get the quick listing. People complained that it would be dilutive.

Now, FAMH has Myriad. It has the criteria required for NASDAQ listing without ATXI. There will be a little more time involved going the direct route but it won't be dilutive now.

If Ira and ATXI couldn't agree, fine. Ira can get there without ATXI.

I'm confused. When the merger was announced, there was weakness. The merger is canceled, there's weakness. Heads they win, tails I lose.
