I think you will find its the intent not necessarily the result which defines the "crime" of insider trading. JLA

Maybe we'll get a definitive about insider trading yet.

Rosa Maymi of NASD is passing my question on to Cam Funkhouser, who heads up NASD Regulation's Insider Trading area in its Market Regulation Department.

Will post anything I receive from Cam.

I'm suppose to call Cameron K. at NASD (301-590-6434) in reference to insider trading. I called once this week but he was out. I'll try a few more times next week.
