I will agree that GRAD does have a future IF they down-size their management team and take care of the class-action lawsuits for the Seven Hills project. The management is taking way too much money away from the company when it has in it's own words, "has had minimal revenues.
In GRAD's own words (( ricks and other factors that might cause differences, some of which could be material, include, but are not limited to, the effect of economic and market conditions on a nation-wide basis as well as regionally in areas where the Partnership has a geographic concentration land; failure to consummate financing arrangements; development risks, including lack of satisfactory financing, construction and cost overruns; as well as other risks listed from time to time in the Partnership's reports filed with the SEC.
So if you know something that is going to rock this stock send me a private message and maybe we can do something. I understand your enthusiasm and I am not putting you down. I just look at facts and in this case the management is fat and there are law-suits pending.
