Thanks Greg. A very excellant explanation. Noticed your posting on the LOCH thread also. I own some of that also. I feel it holds much more promise than this stock. I guess I am just going to sit tight on this one to see what developes.

I also don't quite understand this completely, but in your past experience, does this bode well for the shareholders or does it mean another reverse split and more headaches?
