Hi Richard:

I hope you get the chocolate on Saturday, it was mailed on Thursday 4:00 p.m.

By the way how old is Leslie? To be that rude and suspicious I am thinking that he is in his sixties.

I have been in ADOT since September 97, after every news item we see a jump than an erosion. And now there is a cloud over ADOT, and it just got thicker. It will take a strong breeze to blow it away.

We broke 20 cents today because, some of us stopped buying and some other shareholders chose to sell. Until substantial news, it will keep doing that. Also, when there is a cloud over the company, one becomes more suspicious about everything happening to the stock.
Is ADOT selling? As of March,98 not a single share was sold. When April is over I believe the insider report link will be updated.

I believe we have integrity in this thread, and everyone is free to buy, hold or sell as they please. Another excellent point is there is no hype on this thread.

The next big news item for me, will be:

-Revenues for quarter ending March, 98.
-Veryfiable news that the BB were delivered.

Take Care

Fred

Richard -- One thing about the posts written here that is a distinct detriment is that you have no facial expressions or voice intonations .. this is left to the reader. Thus, I apologize for not being clearer of my intentions earlier. You are preaching to the choir in all of your remarks in the referenced post! I agree wholeheartedly before reading and after reading your post. My approach to Les will be that of a businessman functioning as a representative (not a spokesman ... I can't speak for anyone but myself, but more as a 'data gatherer') for a varied and wonderful group of investors who have agreed to send me on a mission (not in person, but over the telephone). The approach must be without defensive or offensive objectives ... I would more correctly clarify my opinion of what is needed here in light of your experience as "A second voice willing to walk on eggshells into the front door and not leave without using the necessary appropriate leverage if necessary." Even a smell of hostility on my part will be failure in my eyes. Strictly follow-up.

What is the leverage I am talking about?
1. The backing of those shareholders that have supported this simple measure.
2. Your meeting, and his need "To set the record straight."
3. My simple CFO smarts that is usually successful at extracting the answers needed in a win-win style (I say simple ... I am simple ... it works for me! )

Richard, your post does address the important point of style and grace ... I am in complete agreement and I am glad you pointed this out rather than have everyone assume one thing or another about appropriate style. Look up Colossians 4:5,6 ... this is my favorite verse for business ... and communication in general. (I don't mean to preach at all ... I hope no one takes providing this reference as such)

PS -- I will provide a summary post of those that have gotten back to me and the shares we all represent. I will not post the information of those that e-mailed me, as they would have provided that here if they cared to ... I will simply lump the e-mailers into one group for privacy reasons. Thank you all for the responses here. I have printed the questions that have been proposed thus far and will compile and edit these in the coming days and provide a single post at the end with the final list. (I like Kurt N's method of "I only have one question ..." and then listing 20!! Tremendous)
