Per email from Neal Sanders:

Chase work was only 250K LOC in IDMS COBOL. Will be talking to Chase at CA-World about a bigger chunk.

As I suspected, one of Kennedy Capital's institutional clients has been slowly selling 125K shares over the past few weeks...patiently....but selling. Don't know why, or when they're done.

Computer Associates ready for new buy- pape

PARIS, April 28 (Reuters) - Computer Associates is ready to make a fresh acquisition after its bid for Computer Sciences Corp (CSC - news)
failed, president Charles Wang told La Tribune in an interview published on Tuesday.

''From the moment that our bid on Computer Sciences failed, many companies have contacted us because they knew we have $10 billion at our
disposal to invest in the sector. I know already who I am going to buy but I cannot talk about it yet,'' Wang was quoted as saying.

Computer Associates on Monday said it expected its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings to rise 25 percent.

The L'Agefi newspaper said that Electronic Data Systems Corp (EDS - news) or Cap Gemini (CAPP.PA) could be targets for Computer
Associates.
