Pat, Good observation...but...the overall market, the DOW,IXIC,SOXX, have been degrading at a much more rapid rate than the lower highs of MU. For all intents and purposes the degradation of MU highs is negligible relative to other indexes...in fact one might derive an improving performance over a degrading market. I am not going to say it will break 31 1/4, but I certainly would not rule it out. Probability better than 50% it will do it in last half hour. DavidG
