Nanda, I listened to IMRS conference call.Quick synopsis follows. Basically said they were deemphasizing Y2k and concentrating on vertical integration of their business. Have been busy opening up new offices. Business plan going well and next quarter should be real goooood!Considers relationships with customers and shareholders to be very important and that is what he (Mr. Sanan)will be focusing on. I hope someone else who heard the conference will verify or correct my interpretation of the call. Best Wishes, Patricia
