NEWS IS GREAT!!!! I am so relieved, in my 20 yrs. experience I ususally found that merging into a shell that wasn't very healthy really kills momentum for awhile (especially with this uncetaintly about 4 for 1 share business). IRA is smart...if he couldn't get us shareholders a better deal than 1 share for 4 shares of ATRIX, then he REALLY did the right thing. I am buying more on further dips.....this is GREAT!
