Arnold,

Judge Jones seemed to be reasonably anxious about avoiding delay in the procedures of this case in her court up to last fall. It does not seem in character with her previous schedule for this case to just let it sit and gather dust. It is my opinion that so many complex issues are involved that it must be very time consuming to justify and balance decisions on all of them. With that in mind, I would tend to think that carefully deliberated decisions might turn out to be in our best interests in the long term even though time consuming in the short run. More likely to hold up with less likelyhood of grounds for appeal.

Gerry

Thanks for reaffirming what we know. When "mere shareholders" say it, somehow it does not sound as factual as when someone who was "on the inside" and is in communication with those still there say it.

Such words of encouragement, when we are waiting and sometimes doubting our convictions, is very reassuring.

I think patience and civility is returning here.
