PA, DCI might still be a fairly small company, but I don't look at us as a "startup" company any longer. We DO have a history of revenue and earnings growth to point to. As an M/A company, I also prefer to consider the sale of the W.H. Smith contracts as part of earnings, not just a one time extraordinary gain, since it's quite possible that Joe will make similar sales as time goes on and buying/selling is part of what DCI does. The only 2 divisions that have been in "startup" mode were DCI-UK and Cyberfax. With the recent press release on Cyberfax and the recent news we have heard about the switches DCI-UK has in place building minutes, it now appears that even those 2 divisions are coming online. No, I must disagree with you on this point, while still small we are well past the "startup" stage IMO. The LOI's on the table, could potentially increase the size of DCI considerably, but yes we will just have to wait for the 8-k's to be filed to know that they are truly aboard. A low stock price might IMO slow some aquisitions, or increase the number of shares to be issued, but that is not a fatality even if our share price stays low all of the way up until Joe sells DCI. Joe has shown a lot of creativity in working around the current low share price and personally I believe that once we start to see the actual results of his game plan coming together that we will see some serious buying coming in. The situation seems bad, only if you try to use the current share price/performance as an indicator to how the company is doing IMO.
