Turboe,
Jack has spent 100 hours in the last 2 weeks alone. Standard billing rate of $100 per hour. The equipment, T1, etc. is $2,000- $3,000 per month -more if membership increases. They are hiring a full time tech person to take care of the site. Now that they have paying customers, they can't have problems like when it is gratis. The person, with benefits, payroll taxes, etc will be paid about $30,000/year. Get real.

I would like to bring to this thread's attention PHRX (Photomatrix).

Photomatrix makes heavy duty document scanners, and OEM's for Bell and
Howel.

PHRX recently announced a definitive merger agreement with I-PAC, a privately held contract mfgr. This merger will produce a company that within 12 months will be generating a profit of 10-12 cents per share.
Based on a revenue stream of 20+ million dollars.

You would all be very kind to yourselves if you performed some due diligence on PHRX.

There is a DEF14A on EDGAR which makes an interesting read.
