It's spooky to me that Atrix bagged when the financials were due today. I suppose either: 1. Atrix got them and didn't like what they saw, or 2. Ira was true to form and started making excuses for why they couldn't be delivered, or 3. perhaps Atrix delivered their financials to Ira, and Ira didn't like what he saw. My problem with FAMH's claims about Atrix's poor management is that it doesn't explain adequately how the current board of directors practices would affect the post-merger company when they would be supplanted with a supposedly superior FAMH board of directors. I don't know, but something smells fishy, and I'm not expecting the FAMH financials out any time soon! I sure hope I'm wrong!!!!! - Jim
