2 issues I think 1) Trades at higher end of range for multiples in the group right now -i think this is BS because multiples in the group way to low anyway so should make absolute judgement as opposed to relative and in my mind it is absolutely a good buy here 2) Probably upset because company in conference call guided not to raise EPS numbers (think Flex mgmt. is appropriately being very conservative in their approach to guiding street). So relative to issue #1, think he went down to Buy from Strong Buy. However, still has $58 price target and Salomon Smith Barney has $66 price target i think. My opinion.
