Yes but where is the Synergy for Qwst? DGIV does not have an IP backbone, so what is the link? Because LCI advertises in Asia already that would make QWST Less Likely to have an interest in DGIV. LCI would already have pre-existing arrangements in Asia to offer service there, that QWST would obtain by the merger with LCI. It has nothing to do with Mr. Chin making DGIV into a force to be reckoned with, it has too do with, where would the business advantage be to QWST?
