Hi Carol! I was surprised, but pleased! It was becoming apparent that the ATXI deal needed to happen quickly or not at all. If it became a long arduous process, I think it would have become something of an albatross to the rapid development of FAMH business. I understand ATXI has had several other "merger deals" fall through. We don't need to be messing around with people that are so short-sighted. These guys are just trying to keep their jobs for another 2 months. This should have been a "slam dunk" positive deal for ATXI and they couldn't see it. I say it's better to deal with people that understand the obvious benefits for their shareholders. Best wishes, Brad
