George Gilder is probably the most influential visonary of the internet. He has the ear of folks from Capitol Hill to Wall Street to Silicon Valley. I believe he has a column in Fortune's ASAP on a frequent basis.

Phil: George Gilder has a service and writes a column for
"Forbes - ASAP" supplement. He is the promoter of the
"telecosm" theory. He doesn't "recommend" stocks, but
has a list of the "players" on the back page. When he
dropped CIEN sometime back - it took a hit. IMHO his
service @ $395 per year is a steal.........................BWDIK.
