AT, did you ever resolve your questions about the non-exercise of your in the money options with e-trade? I'd like to know in case this ever happens to me. If I can't assume that in the money options will be exercised (meaning that the other side somewhere, almost certainly a market maker, gets unjustly enriched, this being a zero sum game) then I'm going to be a lot more tense on option expiration Fridays.

Thanks for the compliment, AT. Probably more of a lucky guess than anything. I thought of re-entering at the close also on VVUS but figured I would sleep better this weekend if I just cashed out. I didn't figure it would gap way up on Monday, but who knows..... Seems to be trending nicely up, but we know that the shorts were all over this thing and they're probably dying to bring it back down. Who knows who will win. If I can grab some thing between, I will be happy. Great trading on VVUS... Later, Richard
