Joe Among probably many places, you can go to Microsoft Investor, and look at the SEC filings for CNDR. It is free. You can review the filings to find out about the eight companies. JDP

The Founding Companies are 1 - Management Support Technology Corp.("MST"); 2 - Computer Hardware Maintenance Company, Inc. ("CHMC"); 3 - Federal Computer Corporation ("Federal"); 4 - Corporate Access, Inc.("Corporate Access"); 5 - Interactive Software Systems Incorporated ("ISSI"); 6 - U.S. Communications, Inc. ("USComm"); 7 - InVenture Group, Inc.("InVenture"); 8 - MIS Technologies, Inc. ("MIS"). of these only ISSI seems to be listed and after reaching 16 on thursday for a brief time closed friday at 14&5/8. The year 2000 deal is with ISSI all they seem to speak of is their safari baan stuff though and don't make any mention of 2000 contracts. Anyone have any info ? Thanks, Joe
