THIS IS GOOD NEWS (PART 2): IRA's BRAIN WINS OVER HIS IMPATIENCE

Folks, IRA came to his senses. I believe his is impatient at times and wanted inthe worst way to get the NASDAQ ASAP....he thought ATRIX would be relatively fast, but finally realized that they were greedy and defintiely would not settle for less that a 4-1 share exchange, which IRA refused to be blackmailed about.

If IRA had accepted, your 10,000 FAMH shares would have gotten you 2,500 shares of ATRIX which then probably would havesemi- tanked prior to the actual merger and subsequent listing. I was very worried about that and if you REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHY FAMH HAS NOT GONE UP LATELY, it is because of this fact. Until the many weeks and months to get us listed on NASDAQ actually happened, no one was going to buy in big to this company.....too much uncertainty. Everyone was going to wait until the NASDAQ and share exchange happened....and these things take a lot longer than people think...probably at least JULY OR AUGUST ....60 days after the proxies are sent out I beleive. Trust me, now we can concentrate on accenting the positives....if IRA will bring out the financials, everything else will take care of itself....NASDAQ later, DGIV certainly hasn;t had any problems rising in value without NASDAQ

ATXI's 52 week low is $1. Also..Ira said in a CC, that they bought shares all the way up to (I think $3?).

I am not completely sure how this deal fell apart...but if I had to speculate......

Since Ira showed signs that this deal would not go through, he probably sold his ATXI shares over the past couple of weeks. And just when FAMH was going to have a PR about the situation...ATXI beat them to it, calling off the merger.

I am happy, and buying all of the shares I can for under 1/2! I really can't beleive that some people on this thread, sold shares today.
