Cheryl,

I have to admire you. You always find something positive to say regardless of the current atmosphere.

I guess todays "event" explains the reason for the stock slide the past few sessions.

For those that believe, you can see the forest (not you Gump) through the trees. Its just those damn roots you trip over now and then.

Still think Ira is one big stud, but we need those financials.

In the meantime, peace and love.

Absolutly right about the buying opportunity. The worst thing that came out of today's action was the return of the credibility question. The ATXI PR hit a nerve with several investors about the dealings of FAMH management. ATXI flat said in no uncertain terms that FAMH has not been on the level and it ( Ira and group ) can not be trusted. I believe that statement renewed fears among investors and caused the "sell".
Now, more than ever, Ira needs to step up and deliver the financials. We don't need the rumors to start flying and for the turmoil to return. We need to start looking ahead and build our little company from a 75 million co. to a better and bigger company that IS listed.

Happy to see that some is starting to agree with me a week ago questioning if we at all needed ATXI. Not only you Cheryl but Dave Gore and probably also several others. Just came in, have not seen anything but the headers of recent posts and read yours Cheryl.

It's quite clear that it is time to get some public figures published.

Due to the way ATXI approached us in their first news after our co's invitation - I had the feeling that it would not be a happy marriage - Okay we bought the carriage - But we'll look fine and drink some wine in a couple of weeks or three.

I say our co is quite bold in that press release - Hope i won't cause damage.

Take a break Ira - Publish financials - Let Myriad merger settle secure a good integration there - Keep away from Italy - and I think we will se that some money in the bank can take us out of OTC too.

I think there is only few short term investors left here.

All said in my humble opinion.

Kind regards
Jens

Ps Phone rang short conversation and now there is 10 posts more - This is an amazing thread. (but too much time will be spend in reading all)

Cheryl,

I sincerely like this thread and the diversity of people here. But,
I can't even consider reinvesting in Firamada until I see the financial information forwarded to the SEC in the form of a SB2 or some similar official document. I believe the foundation is now in place for a dynamic company with immense growth potential.

What I don't know for sure is if FAMH is financially strong. They
may be gaining 20 percent revenues month over month but we don't know how that is translated to the bottom line. Growing a business through share dilution is expedient but costly in the near term. I could go
on and on but I choose not to cause any undue fear or speculation to the loyal shareholders. In typical fashion FAMH shareholders have rallied around the company and IRA, and that is a wonderful display of solidarity. I just don't have that level of confidence any longer but respect those of you who do.
