I heard a rumor that there was an "informal" financing package being put together with the idea to outst Mike Baker and take over the company. There was been some purchases recently to that affect, and today looked like a serious buy-in. Very serious. several 100K and 200K blocks purchased at various times (probably staged by the Market Maker) to keep the price down for their intended purpose, to takeover at the lower price, and then once the announcement is made, see what happens. This is only a "rumor" and I have been unable to confirm any actual details, although the people I was talking to know know Baker and many of the players and are familiar with the whole "game". IF, and only IF, someone takes this over, then it has a chance of coming out of the crapper. If Baker stays in, it doesn't have much of a chance (not long-term anyways). The next 1-2 weeks should prove interesting. If this is happening, it should surface by then. Let's keep our fingers crossed. I'll be out this coming week, so won't be able to post here (unless my remote connection works?), will be in Orlando.
