Thanks Kevin - that makes it as obvious as the large mammalian protuberance on my face.

Kevin: We need to look at who's who! Of the Major's Mar, Day, Pdg, Nem, Eco,

etc. who holds intrest in Gold, Silver, Copper and would be close or near Chile?

Say if not in Chile in Peru the country rich in mining and one of the fairest
places to deal with people and there laws of Government, just like Chile.

Should MDIN hold some proven ground by drill reports a major would look at the
reports do the DD at the site and confirm back to there mgmt. that it's a good
project that was tested and looks to be in order. Now they make a tender offer
with the main part only on the projects. The investor is to profit from there
willingness to pay top dollar for low cost production thus keeping there cost per
oz of au down. So IMO. the player if one is in the wings must have low cost
production to start with and only looking to bring it down by more investment.
They would also have to be large very large with lot's of cash flow and were off
to the races. I think there are many in the hunt at all times yet few who can add
to what they have through cash purchase. This would take a stock and cash type deal
for what ever is to be done. Let's do some home work on who's who and what they
could offer by what they own in or near Chile.
