Hi Art, thanks for the info;

I've been lurking for the last few months, I couldn't really see much to add to what's appeared on the thread. I wonder if the rollout is tied to having a certain number of boxes in the field, or having certain geographic areas completed, or both, or what? Anybody have a reliable answer to what the criteria for FOX/TCI commencing the rollout are?
