No, I stated earlier that he would be ultra foolish to have publically stated earnings that were not correct. Having said that , it depends on how he qualifies those earnings. I may be wrong but the figures he has qouted were based on the adverage no. of share for the period he was taking about. I don't know if the figures are still as good with the no. of shares we have now outstanding. I was personally betting on the ATXI deal going through. I needed the the stock to appreciate quickly without the 90 or so days it will take for us to get to the NASD without the deal. Personal problem. Got my fingers crossed. In a heap of trouble if things don't move up in the near future. Lucky
