They said they are the "best" for for penny stocks????

That is an outright lie. I challenge them to prove it. If fact, they are in all probability the "worst" for penny stocks.

Case in point: If you buy a penny stock at 10 cents at close, and the next day it rises to 15 cents, YOU CAN NOT, REPEAT, CAN NOT, sell your stock with their online system. You must call in the order, in which case, they are no better than your average local discount broker.

That is a fact.
