I'm not a subscriber, but I think I already saw that article.

the best part:
Netscape officials wouldn't discuss details of the meeting. But Marc Andreessen, executive vice-president and co-founder of Netscape, said in an interview Thursday that there was no mistaking Microsoft's intent. "It was like a visit by Don Corleone," he said. "I expected to find a bloody computer monitor in my bed the next day." The message, Mr. Andreessen said, was that "you either let us invest in your company or we won't give you access" to the technical information needed to write software that runs with Windows.

So, DID Microsoft deny them access to technical information they needed? NO! OF COURSE NOT! So what's the problem? Where is the illegality here? Was Netscape in any way harmed by this meeting? NO! MS made an offer to them, they refused and life went on.

That whole quote is absurd. What "technical information needed to write software that runs on Windows" is not available to anybody off the street? Walk into a bookstore, Marc.
