Nice Job IRA!! That's a classy statement!! There's no doubt in my mind that FAMH has certainly moved miles ahead of ATXI in "charatcter and class!"

IRA is tacky. This was not a communication to the few shareholders that contacted him, but instead another promo for himself and a dig at the company. Good businessmen would not have put that release out.

It is best not to make excuses for IRA, this was a bad deal from the start. He handled it poorly and without providing financials at anytime, had to know this "merger" was never going to take place. I believe it was nothing more than a headfake.
