Maybe I got excited a little too soon. Anybody else out there interested in this topic?

It's a strategy that I've been using for the last few years. I invest in private placements in private companies that have stated objectives of going public via a reverse merger within a short period of time. The immediate reward is the differential between a private company valuation and public company valuation. The jump up in share price blows away (in my experience) any initial jump you can expect from most IPOs.

So, can anybody on this thread identify such private companies?
