Come on twister, you can certainly do better than that. Send this article to Alcatel, Sony, TCI, etc. etc., people who are delivering these improbable "future think" products within the next 12-15 months, buggy JDK and all. Maybe they'll back right off of Java and put Windows 98 in their phones and other devices. (Windows CE is not even worth holding one's nose over.) It is true: Sun is facing a real challenge now to turn these vaporish, rapidly proliferating Java API's into products. But I, and a few of their sizeable customers, think they will do so.
