Jim, Why do you think XIRC is overvalued at 18? In what time sense? I agree with you about the takeover speculation but one reason (if it is a takeover play and that is a big IF) to wait would be for XIRC to implement their new inventory system (which they've done), work out all the kinks, and have some success with their new products. I know from talking with many buy-side portfolio managers that no one likes to buy a company and have to work these problems out themselves. Refer to my post #795-- the Street loves visiblity and linearity-- this will lead to a multiple expansion. AL
