Pravin: I'm no expert but, FWIW the growth rates also don't reflect the share dilution. To me its not surprising that a company like i2 will have a slowdown- at the risk of sounding like a broken record its the personnel requirements and costs. A good friend's wife works for Baan in Grand Rapids and personnel problems are really retarding growth. Its their biggest issue. Our account with NETA (McAfee) turned over 3 times in three weeks and none of the sales people impressed me. None also knew what product we had already purchased through a reseller. Not to imply that happens at i2, but it shows the difficulty in getting and keeping good people. Best Wishes, Timoteo
