David: please check your private message. I'm going to send you one. I've done this in the past with no reply, so I will assume that your are unaware of how this feature works. At the top left hand side of the SI Thermotech screen is the 'Inbox (0)'. Whenever a post you make has a response, you will see a non-zero number in the Inbox. If you have 3 replies to posts you have made in SI, the number in the brackets will be 3. If, in addition, someone sends you a private message as well, the number will be 4. Just click on the Inbox to see if your Inbox is comprised of replies or private messages. To send a private message to someone, just click on their profile and then click on the 'Private Message' box at the top right and proceed to compose and send your message - it's simple. Casey
