Good Evening Sonny, I just heard the NBR and David Elias was the guest market monitor. He is very positive on Intel and Compaq and recommended any opportunity to pick up these shares on dips. Also he believes within the next 20 years we could see the dow at 40,000 or 50,000. Today I received an email from someone I guess works at Intel. I thought it was a little inappropriate to be talking about pay and bonuses at a time when Intel was under attack from AMD and Cyrix Since you are concerned about my regards for Intel I would like to know why Intel allows Tom Kurlac from Merrill Lynch to constantly launch missiles at the company .This has been causing bad blood among Intel shareholders as it looks as though Intel's management is permitting many unanswered rumors to collect momentum. If Tom Kurlac played that nonsense with a company like Microsoft, he would get hung out to dry. A member brilliantly compares Intel to a nerd who although brilliant permits itself to be bullied and abused by some jerk. You probably are aware that I have a thread at silicon investors and I have been a long time supporter of Intel and all its fine work. I do believe in the company but I have problems with it public relations. I do not see why a company such as Intel is trading so far below the norm of other leading tech stocks. Does Intel feel pressure to allow itself to be pushed around? I would appreciate your response and think it would be more beneficial if investors would feel that Intel is strong and its leadership is unquestionable. Why was there a recent inside sale of more than a half million shares of stock when management recently came out and stated that the future for Intel is much better. ? Hi Sonny and Frank too, Yes I agree about private messaging. It's nice but like everything it has it's place. As you can tell my all my rantings I am wasting bandwidth. Oh well <GGG> please don't sue me!! <GGG> Frank - Nice Response to the Man at Intel. I mostly agree but I don't know what will bring TK down except his own clients who are getting burned by him. It appears someone is crying wolf a little to much and he is loosing his respect within the industry. Off for the evening. Hubby's meeting went great!!!
