Soros & Saracen, I ask again "Who are you?" Why not post your backgrounds instead of hiding anonymously? Saying that you used to own 400,000 shares does not, IMO, give you any credibility. In fact, for someone who has that much money, you have very unreliable friends and sources. None of your three predictions came true with the news release. Analytical, unemotional investing is the only way to make money. Fear and Greed will hurt you. Do not be afraid to buy low, and never let greed prevent you from taking profits.

Many companies pump a stock in order to be able to do additional financings at higher prices. The stock then drops once shares are diluted. With oil and gas stocks, the companies use the funds to throw more "Hail Mary's" out there by drilling wells. Once the money is gone, another play is hyped, and they do it all over again. Once in a while... they hit. Same holds true for mining stocks. How about Pharm stocks?

Any predictions on stock reaction on Monday? Realistically, the stock should drop because of dilution. I expect that to happen. I am still holding stock, but have taken some money off the table @$2.27.

Saracen,

Thanks for your insights. It's nice to see new people join our thread, especially when they are positive on Nortran.

Your insights are great, but for sometime now, we have been speculating on a TSE listing, and a licensing agreement with a major pharmaceutical company (Bristol, Hoffman, Glaxo, Johnson & Johnson or whomever).

In regards to the financing, I am not disappointed with the price.
Using yesterday's closing price ($2.34), the discount is only 11%.

Go Oilers Go,

Wisee
