There are quiet time rules that apply to companies that want to offer
Shares at a new IPO.There is also no reason I believe that FNET can not afford an ipo.I also have no reason to believe that unless there is not one single VC or ICB in the world that Frank could not find an
oportunity to IPO FNET.The fact remains that there are many who will not go into it till the time comes.That will come during the series of announcements that will bring FTEL,FNET to the publics attention.If you don't get in now or early in the rise you will miss the jump.I suspect that we will see the peak of FTEL long before the IPO even takes place.
