Nevertheless, neither the Justice Dept nor the State idiots have any right to block shipment of product, without any Justice Dept court decision regarding the conclusion of the anti-trust investigation.

An illegal attempt at blocking shipment of Win98 would simply be an act of spite and jealousy. Not to mention the public backlash against these idiots (State gold digging attorney generals) might prove to be more than they are willing to endure.
