Consumer: A search of all 25,000 documents on line at the FDA's web site brings up nothing to support the Bloomberg headline you reported in your post: " a news article titled "Milestone Scientific Product Claim Disputed at FDA" dated April 24th (3:31 PM)." No recent news releases or enforcement reports about the Wand or Milestone. Nothing.

Can you supply any more information? Just how did the FDA make this statement? A news release? An interview? Who at FDA is saying this? And if they are, does that pose any problem? Is FDA threatening any action?

Perhaps your post was just meant as a joke. If so please say so.

By the way, how many "consumers" have access to Bloomberg terminals? Are you really a professional trader? Are you short MS?

To: "A consumer"

I have been reading this thread for the past several days in an effort to read the editorial comments regarding the fundamentals from both sides of this stock.
I am appalled at the thought that you may be amongst the professional ranks of those on Wall Street.
If it is, in fact, true that you are the Lazard Freres analyst, Todd Slater, as has been claimed by some on this thread then your recent behavior here is a smear on the fine, longstanding reputation of that firm.
That a professional Wall Street analyst would cowardly avoid an open exchange of debate on the fundamentals of a company and would rather choose in anonymity an Internet message board to attack the character of those that post to this board is anathema to the ethics of your profession.
If it is true that you are Todd Slater from Lazard Freres, you should be censured by your firm. If it is true that you are Todd Slater, I assume that you are a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research(AIMR), that you are a Certified Financial Analyst(CFA). If this is all true you have violated the first clause in the code of ethics which has been set forth by AIMR. That is,
"to act with integrity, competence, dignity and in an ethical manner when dealing with the public, clients, prospects, employers, employees, and fellow members."
Again, if true, your firm and AIMR should both be notified so that proper corrective measures and disciplinary actions can be instituted to repair your violations of the public trust.

"A Consumer:" What? No response? Not even a denial?
