I probably read that way to literally but I fear a lot of option players (not necessarily you) don't know what they're playing with. If one just holds in the money calls 'till they expire and expect to end up with the underlying, they're making a dangerous bet that their broker is prone to doing big favors for their clients. Could happen but not a wise bet. One should contact their broker and instruct them to exercise the options before expiration. Maybe as early as Wednesday, maybe as late as Friday, depends on the broker. Obvious once you understand, but I bet we'd all be surprised how many people screw up their first time.

Buy the way, FGII calls are American style. No need to wait 'till expiration. If you want the stock you may exercise anytime from now until expiration, although it might be a better deal to sell the calls and buy the stock outright if there's any time premium left.
