Doug, Tom & Imran: Thanks.

Apparently several ADRs have been have been affected by this NASD/SEC filing requirement. See Lukoil, South African Brewing, Novartis and others.

I hope accurate quotes return soon. I think the action NASD has taken is hurting us small investors and not the companies who have failed make the necessary filings!

I was wondering if there is a site/place we can find out how many common shares a particular ADR consists of (i.e. CHEUY)?
