Yes. The deal has been done for sometime now. However, the plant
is still under construction and does not involve direct imaging
of wafers. I'm sure if you read past threads you'll get a good
idea of where the company is heading. This is not blowing you
off, it's just that you'd get far better information from former
posts than you would from me. Feel free to write anytime. I'll
make a call to the company to see how things are proceeding.

No. The deal is supposed to be signed on May 12th with final close by July 12th. I don't understand the other response to your question : "the deal has been done for some time now...no direcd imaging on the wafer etc."
