This is a positive release. I am quite sure the VSE had something to do with the contents of the release, as in identifying the real arrangement with Snare. SCI is NOT getting 2 million dollars, but has an alliance with Snare worth 2 million, at least we know where we stand, and at least there is a deal! Time to do a little more research on Snare.
